Airstrip One To Arm Rural Police As Insecurity Grips The Land Of Ingsoc
Frontline rural police in Britain are likely to be routinely armed in the near future after an effort to recruit "specialist counter terrorist firearms officers" has failed (archived). When rural British police call for armed support, the current British SOP calls for "Armed response vehicles" with 13 "specialist firearms officers" to make their way to the scene.
Maduro's Gang In Venezuala Seizes Cereal Plant
Maduro's criminal gang in Venezuala has seized Kellogg's cereal production factories after the carbohydrate giant decided to quit Maduro's ongoing transformation of the petrostate into a Marxist Theocracy (archived). Maduro declared Kellogg's exit "unconsitutional" and proceeded to turn the means of production Kellogg left behind over to "the workers" according to what are surely Maduro's sincerely held religious beliefs.
Venezuala will be holding presidential elections on Sunday.
US Alleges Some Guy Leaked CIA Tools But Doesn't Allege Strong Enough To Bring Charges
Prosecutors working for the criminal gang commonly known as the US Government are alleging that Joshua Adam Schulte was somehow involved in leaking a suite of CIA hacking tools and other lulzy artifacts. These prosecutors however aren't making the allegations by actually filing charges against Schulte, just leaking their suspicions to Jeff Bezo's Amazon Presents Washington Post (archived). According to the leaks about the criminal case into the leaker, Schulte's apartment was raided late last year and the seizure of Schulte's computers, electronics, and handwritten notes failed to produce indictable evidence even by the low standards fashionable in US Courts these days.
The US case against Schulte appears to be anchored in Ulbrich type tor wank. Schulte remains in indefinite pre-trial detention on charges unrelated to the CIA leaks case.
Italian Election: Five Star And The League Nearing Coalition Deal
More than a month after election returns came in, the victorious Five Star Movement and The League are nearing a deal to enter into a governing coalition (archived). According to rumours the deal will include support for the Five Star Movement's socialist "citizen's income" and lower retirement age along with The League's proposed income tax cuts. Leaders of both parties however appear to find these concession to each other worthwhile in order to cement their shared vision of sending one huge "Fuck You" to the EU and Mother Merkel.
Iraq Election: Muqtada al-Sadr Getting The Win
Shiite leader Muqtada al-Sadr, who commands a militia that violently opposed the US occupation of Iraq is set to have candidates on his ticket see a dominating election win. Candidates in al-Sadr's Sairoon coalition have won in 10 of Iraq's 18 provinces and the city of Baghdad which allocates a majority of parliament's 329 seats.
Incumbent Prime Minister Abadi’s coalition, favored by the United States and forecasted to win, is third place overall and fifth place in the capital. As the proxy war in Syria continues to rage, this Iraqi power shift towards alignment with Iran is not favorable to Israel and the United States.
S/MIME And Poor OpenPGP Email Client Behavior Leak Plaintext
Today disclosure of two plaintext leaking behaviors in email clients handling OpenPGP and S/MIME encrypted messages has been released (archived). The vulnerability affecting S/MIME is baked into the S/MIME standard and may only be mitigated by abandoning S/MIME, no other mitigation is possible. Meanwhile the plaintext leaking behavior affecting OpenPGP encrypted emails requires certain common but very stupid behavior on the part of an email client and the user allowing the email client to be involved in decrypting the message.
The attack in OpenPGP encrypted email involves the message being molested on the wire in such a way the plaintext metadata surrounding the cyphertext is modified to engage your typical email client's HTML rendering engine. If the email client is allowed to be involved in decrypting the cyphertext as is common with various client "plugins", the email client can "phone home" the plaintext after decryption to the message's molester according to the spurious instructions delivered to the HTML rendering engine. The mitigation for this vulnerability is hygiene and not allowing your email client to be involved in cryptographic operations beyond sending and recieving cyphertext blobs encrypted and decrypted elsewhere.

Pantsuit Unicef "Humanitarian" Caught Buggering Street Kids
Peter Dalglish, a Canadian pantsuit "humanitarian" with ties to several UN "aid" programs (archived), was arrested by police in Nepal for buggering two boys aged 12 and 14 (archived). In 1987 Dalgish founded his own NGO aid organization for the alleged purpose of teaching street kids "entrepreneurship". Circumstances suggest Dalgish used his "humanitarian" work as cover to fulfill his dreams of being an intercontinental child sex predator.
When will pantsuit aligned "humanitarians" finally address the endemic child trafficking and little boy buggering that happens within their ranks?
