Over the weekend the Bank of England revealed their willingness to extend Airstrip One's domestic mammy state policies to foreign reserve deposits places in their trust by explicitly denying the Venezuelan government's right to retrieve their gold (archived). Macron Ready to get BLAKKKED This week ended with Trump signing a deal which gives his opposition 3 weeks of USG funding in exchange for their promise to engage his border security proposals. Should they fail, Trump will be free to shut it down again while declaring yet another concurring national emergency to get the barrier building started. The nature of the next shutdown may lead to the Office of Management and Budget transitioning the impending furloughs to pink slips this next round.

At the same time John Bolton and other neocons Trump has allowed into his circle are getting the 2003 Iraq "regime change" team back together again.

Meanwhile French autocrat Macron is calling for regime change against Venezuela's Maduro, a leader who enjoys a far higher approval rating than Macron.

Oxford University Suspends "Donor Relationship" With Huawei

Oxford University is refusing to allow new research grants and incoming donations from Chinese alt-Cisco Huawei (archived). The US, UK and other five eyes states object to Huawei's existing for ambiguously declared national security reasons rooted in:

  1. Huawei equipment handling internet traffic while they would prefer Cisco equipment under their control do the same, and every piece of Huawei kit deployed denies a Cisco machine the opportunity to be racked.
  2. The Five Eyes are concerned the Chinese goverment may have the same level of control over Huawei kit they have over Cisco.

Oxford however is keeping the donations Huawei made while spending the grants have already taken from Huawei.

Foreign Language Course Offerings Dropped 5.3 Percent In 3 Years At US Universities While Enrollment Fell 9.2 Percent

The "Modern Language Association" reports that foreign language offerings at universities in the US fell by 5.3 percent between 2013 and 2016 while enrollment in foreign language classes fell by nearly 10 percent over the same period (archived). The French and Spanish languages saw the largest cuts with offerings declining more than 10 percent while growth occured only in American Sign Language, "Biblical Hebrew", and the Korean.

Why would the "multicultural" environment promoted by these same universities need more than one language?

Airstrip One: Courts Lost Their IT And Claim "No Cyberattack"

Information technology supporting courts in the United Kingdom failed, and the failure is being blamed on a "data center outage" rather than a "cyber attack" (archived). Correspondence was lost, but the courts are emphatically insisting that no prisoners were "unlawfully freed" as unlawful freeing is impossible if court's determination of guilt can't be registered with the case management systems down.

All of the insisting that there was no foul play involved with no one "unlawfully" escaping the court supports the strong possibility of exactly that outcome when the reputation of the people doing the insisting is considered.

USG Color Revolution Goes Live In Venezuela

The USG color revolution has gone live in Venezuala. Several hours ago Venezuelan National Assembly President Juan Gerardo Guaidó Márquez swore himself into office as the Interim-President of Venezuela in opposition to elected President Nicolas Maduro who was sworn into office to a new term two weeks ago. This was followed shortly by US President Donald Trump stating he would recognize Guaidó as Venezuela's president.

The situation of the ground is developing, and the coming hours and days should reveal which of the two dueling Presidents controls the instruments of power. Both Presidents are claiming the support of different "International Communities" as well as "the people" in efforts to legitimize their claims. In any case, this democracy business sure appears rather squishy in its need to resort to small groups of violent men as the only means to decipher the enigmatic "will of the people" in a search for shared meaning.

Syria Demands UN Action Against Israeli Attacks To Avert Retaliation Against Tel Aviv Airport

The Syrian government has proposed exercising their right of self defense by the "rules-based" Pantsuitist international order by executng a "mirror" retaliatory strike against Israel's Tel Aviv International Airport (archived). Syria's permanent representative to the UN offered:

Isn’t time now for the UN Security Council to stop the Israeli repeated aggressions on the Syrian Arab Republic territories?…

Or is it required to draw the attention of the war-makers in this Council by exercising our legitimate right to defend ourself and respond to the Israeli aggression on Damascus International Civil Airport in the same way on Tel Aviv Airport

Israel began this week by killing Syrian soldiers in retailiation for Syria downing Israeli missiles headed for targets inside of Syria. Syria's international airport near Damascus has been a favorite Israeli target leading to incidents where lives have been lost.

Israel fired several rounds of airstikes into Syria overnight killing 4 Syrian soldiers and injuring more (archived). Israel is describing the round of missiles which lead to Syrian deaths as retaliation after Syrian air defenses intercepted the bulk of an earlier strike which Israel demanded Syria allow to proceed unmolested. Israel claims that the earlier missiles were intended to strike Iranian forces allied with Syria and for that reason Syrian should have let missiles fired by a belligerent party to strike an allied party inside of Syria unmolested.

US President Donald Trump appears to be continuing to coordinate the withdrawal of US forces from Syria with Erdogan's Turkey despite 4 US subjects dying last week in an event that appears to have been related to local gang violence.

Increased USG Psyops Against Maduro Government Intensify Risk Of Military Confrontation

An alleged Wikipedia edit placing someone not named Maduro as Venezuela's President on Wikipedia lead to numerous stories in English language publications declaring Wikipedia was being blocked in Venezuela. These declarations said connections to Wikipedia were failing due to SSL handshake molesation rather than the more common state actor method of DNS manipulation.

Attempts to verify the block and its implementation with people actually in Venezuela suggest no such thing is happening on a country wide scale if it is had happened at all.

Contacts in Venezuela who offered evidence countering the popular claim of a block on Wikipedia countered with this upcoming Wednesday as the soonest any challenger to the Maduro government is planning to formally  present their challenges his power. In this context the evidence suggests the Wikipedia block story was more likely a USG state department effort to justify "regime change" than an action knowlingly undertaken by the Maduro government.

Persons in Venezuela are advised to maintain high levels of preparedness for US humanitarian missile strikes and intervention within the next 6 months. Persons in the US Navy are advised to maintain very high levels of preparedness for the possibility their ship is sank within the next 6 months.
