USG "Intelligence" Organs Fail Spectacularly In Venezuela As Maduro Orders Military To Prepare For Invasion

After the CIA's failed coup attempt in Venezuela, Maduro has placed the Venezuelan military on alert to repel a possible US invasion (archived). In the aftermath of the coup's failure various criminals calling themselves US government officials communicated their displeasure that many named Venezuelan officials they allegedly counted on to defect to the CIA backed "interim regime" did not defect (archived). The US based criminals also advanced a conspiracy theory that Democratically elected Venezuelan President Maduro was going to board a plane during the insurrection and exile himself in Cuba but didn't due to mysterious Russian shennanigans.

Besides ample unintentional comedy, the childish lack of self awareness from which these USG tantrums stem renders impossible any sort of deniability of USG's "leadership" (or more properly, dreamership) of the remarkably braindamaged plot. Most egregiously there is no acknowledgement from any of the USG conspirators that they were ineptly passing around a treasonous 15 point plan among officials of the democratically elected government of Venezuela without considering the possibility that the fellows could choose to mislead USG criminals out of a loyalty to their country.

In exchange for the massive embarrassment of an operation the USG failed to capture La Carlota Airbase or a defection of the Venezuelan Military while acquiring the release of opposition figure Leopoldo López from the safety of house arrest. The release of López was the USG's designated signal for triggering the rest of the debacle. At the same time Maduro has gained substantial material to advance shared meaning among his supporters against an external enemy.

CIA Stooge's Venezuela Coup Gets Violent

CIA stooge Juan Guiadó claims to have begun the "final phase" of his sponsors plan to oust democratically elected Venezuelan President Maduro as violence breaks out in the country. Guiadó's forces appear to be focusing their efforts on seizing La Carlota AIrbase1 near Caracas. At the same time Guiadó is summoning his followers into the streets to serve as human sheilds while his forces attack Venezuelan targets. There are reports a number of Venezuelan military personnel were unaware they were acting with pro-Guiadó forces in the early going due to the general confusion and active deception, but the Venezuelan military reports 80% of the confused have returned to support the democratically elected government of Venezuela (archived).

In US Capital Pro-Maduro Protestors March Against Guaidó At Embassy

Three months after the US Color revolution in Venezuela began and faltered, protesters are marching in DC to prevent allies of US stooge and Macron look-a-like Guaidó's chosen diplomats from taking possession of the embassy (archived). Or as the protestors describe themselves:

A group of U.S. citizens, angered by the U.S.-orchestrated attempt to topple the Venezuelan government, has established an Embassy Protection Collective (Collectives for Peace) to keep the embassy from falling into the hands of the unelected opposition

The elected government of President Nicolas Maduro remains in control of the Venezuelan embassy to the US though the US Secret Service seized the military attache’s office March 18th. The Venezuelan Consulate in New York has also been captured by US backed forces.

China Makes Humanitarian Move To Aid Venezuala Restore Electricity Amid Dam Sabotage

China is offering to aid to Venezuela as Maduro struggles to restore electricity following apparent sabotage at the Guri dam's hydroelectric plant (archived). With Russia already showing strong continuing support for Maduro's regime and China making this move, it is going to be very hard for the US to contine painting action against Maduro as backed by the "International Community" while two UN Security Council veto powers are not merely voting, but acting against US efforts.

In related news, the RAND Corporation has loudly published reports showing the US losing to China and Russia in most WWIII scenarios they managed to imagine (archived).

Venezuela's Guri Dam And Simón Bolívar Hydroelectric Plant Sabotaged Leading To Blackouts

Profound blackouts have sticken Venezuela after sabotage at Guri dam's Simón Bolívar hydroelectric plant (archived). The dam, originally built in the 1960's has been continually upgraded through its life to a generating capacity of more than 10,000 megawatts. A portion of the complex's power output is normally exported to Colombia and Brazil. At this time it is uncertain whether the sabotage was carried out by a stuxnet type attack or by the other guys, but terrorism carried out by a rogue state leads the list of possible causes.

Of course, these "humanitarian interventions" have always tended to be very destructive and expensive for the humanitarianly aided (archived).

Venezuela Closes Borders And Further Cuts Diplomatic And Political Relations With Colombia

After closing the border with Brazil earlier this week, Venezuela has now closed its border with Colombia and further severed diplomatic and political ties, expelling Colombian embassy staff (archived). Venezuela's government is resisting efforts by the US departments of foreign meddling to build out destabilizing logistical infrastracture under the pretext of delivering humanitarian aid. While closing the border with Brazil, Venezuelan military forces reportedly engaged in a firefight against adversaries seeking to keep a border crossing open. The opposing force allegedly engaged during the firefight is being meme'd in Anglophone mainstream publications as "unarmed indigenous activists" (archived).

France Withdraws Ambassador From Rome Over Macron's Opposition To Italian Support For French Democracy

Macron Ready to get BLAKKKEDAs French Despot Macron continues gassing and maiming the French people, he has withdrawn France's Ambassador from Rome alleging Italy has been supporting the French People's push for democracy. The Yellow Jacket protest against the Macron regime are continuing, every weekend, since starting last year.

At the same time Macron is condemned by an overwhelming majority of French people, he is continuing to push for regime change against recently re-elected Venezuelan caudillo Nicolás Maduro Moros. Maduro manages to draw protest crowds of similar size both supporting and opposing him to the streets of Caracas while Macron only manages to draw crowds opposing him to the streets of Paris.

Today representatives of numerous neutral Latin American countries are meeting with diplomats from Europe and Venezuela in Montevideo for a series of meetings to engage in "diplomatic process", CIA Stooge and self declared 'interim President' Juan Guiadó has refused to participate in diplomacy.

Guiadó Rules Out Diplomacy And Italy Breaks With EU On Venezuela – "We Absolutely Oppose The Fact That A Country Or A group Of Third Countries Can Determine Internal Policies Of Another Country"

Italy is breaking with the EU and continuing to recognize Nicolas Maduro as Venezuela's president under the non-intervention doctrine, the UN endorsed idea that foreign states should not try to force outcomes in other state's internal affairs (archived). This comes as USG endorsed interim president Guiadó is refusing to engage in a dialogue between Maduro and other Venezuelan parties in Montevideo to be hosted by Mexico and Uruguay.

Meanwhile the US is considering sanctions against NATO ally Turkey over Turkey's ongoing trade relationship with Venezuela. Turkey at the same time is the key party Trump is negotiating with to assure US troops a relatively safe exit from Syria.

A contact on the ground reports greater than normal power fluctuations and internet connectivity interruptions today. Without an acknowledge shot being fired, it appears that Trump's appointement of John Bolton has damaged US and greater anglophone influence on an Obamaesque scale. For engaging a rich, if undernourished, country with war posturing the US is discovering that many of its "allies" just aren't that committed when money is on the line.

USG Sanctions Venezuelan State Oil Company – Will Continue Accepting Oil, But Will Withhold Payment

The USG has announced it is sanctioning Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA. Under the sanctions the US is still buying and allowing the purchase of oil produced by PDVSA while further allowing PDVSA to continue operating in the US under its Citgo brand (archived). Per their announcement the criminal organization referring to itself as the United States Government is touting their theft of 7 billion USD and projecting a further 11 billion USD to be captured over the next year. Further the USG is promising to keep the funds in "restricted accounts" payable to their chosen interim president or another interim government of the USG's choosing. This theft dwarfs the current paper fiat value of gold the Bank of England has denied the Venezuelan government.

From the involvement of John Bolton to the brazen nature of this theft cloaked as sanctions, the situation suggests the USG may be pivoting back to imagineering an Iraq style regime change endgame in the Bush/Rice tradition over an Obama type sustained color spring. For his part, Maduro spent his weekend visiting the troops as he oversaw and participated in drills and exercises.

Bolton Watch: Bank Of England Takes ~31 Tons Of Venezuelan Gold, US "Greatest Ally" Israel Joins Regime Change Push, Frances Macron Refuses Popular Demands For New Elections

Over the weekend the Bank of England revealed their willingness to extend Airstrip One's domestic mammy state policies to foreign reserve deposits places in their trust by explicitly denying the Venezuelan government's right to retrieve their gold (archived). Venezuela under Maduro's leadership has been attempting to repatriate their foreign gold reserves in spite of obstruction by Airstrip One in the leadup to the US regime change effort going live.

Meanwhile Israel, "Greatest Ally" of the USG decided on Sunday to support the USG line on Venezuela days later than the rest of USG's dwindling allies (archived).

Finally over the weekend Yellow Jacket protesters convened for the 11th consecutive weekend. Numerous French casualties were suffered at the hands of Macron's forces including a protest leader whose eye was taken from him (archived). The despot Macron has lauded foreign meddling in Venezuela's democracy, demanding the Maduro's recent election be invalidated while his own Presidential term be sustained in spite of widespread French opposition to his policies and his person.
