In Filing Begging For Sealed Charges Copy/Paste Mishap Confirms Assange As Target Of US Prosecutors

In a petition to the US District Court for Eastern Virginia, US Attorney G. Zachary Terwilliger and Assistant US Attorney Kellen S. Dwyer argue for issuing sealed charges in a case titled "United States of America v. SEITU SULAYMAN KOKAYI" with SEITU SULAYMAN KOKAYI presumably being a pseudonym for the defendant who may not be named. Except further down in the document a failure in redaction yields gold:

Another procedure short of sealing will not adequately protect the needs of law enforcement at this time because, due to the sophistication of the defendant and the publicity surrounding the case, no other procedure is likely to keep confidential the fact that Assange has been charged.

And a bit further down:

The complaint, supporting affidavit, and arrest warrant, as well as this motion and the proposed order, would need to remain sealed until Assange is arrested in connection with the charges in the criminal complaint and can therefore no longer evade or avoid arrest and extradition in this matter.

And so any order to seal the charges being leveled at Julian Assange is moot. If there are not already sealed charges against Assange in different pseudonymously obscured case, it can be assumed there will be in another regardless of the determination in this one. Full text below: Continue reading

Venezuela Continuing Gold Repatriation Efforts Despite British And USG Obsctruction

Reports are emerging that Venezuela is attempting to repatriate 14 tons of gold from the United Kingdom (archived). The British are obstructing by insisting plans be offered for the gold after it is removed from their custody, though they could be stalling for a lack of actual gold to deliver. Meanwhile new USG sanctions this week target people involved in the gold trade who do business with Venezuela making insurance for the shipment difficult to acquire, but it is not outside the realm of possibility that a Bolivarian Navy warship could ferry  14 tons of cargo across the Atlantic.

Pot To Kettle: Please No Decades Of Pain (That Was Our Schtick)

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is begging China to "act like a normal nation" and avoid capturing developing nations in a debt trap leading to decades of pain widely distributed around the world (archived). This appeal seemingly crafted to tear at the heartstrings is void of a certain necessary context: Trapping developing nations in debt and amplifying their pain is the US and EU's schtick and they would very much like China to step back and get out of their way.

Chinese foreign investment isn't always without controversy where it occurs, but it tends to have a transparency the old IMF scheme lacked. Raw materials for otherwise inaccessible finished goods is a rather kind deal compared to what was on offer before.

US Firm "Facebook" Interfering In Brazil's Presidential Election

Whatsapp, a division of Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook, has banned numerous users in Brazil including Presidential frontrunner Jair Bolsonaro's son in an effort to reduce the number of messages promoting Bolsonaro's campaign on Zuckerberg's US based platform (archived). With the presidential election less than a week away, this is exactly Facebook meddling in a foreign election to favor one candidate over the other.

Considering Facebook's ongoing cooperation with the US Government, it would make all of the sense in the world for Brazil's outgoing Temer administration to strike Facebook and the United States with sanctions.

Cristina Kirchner Charged Over Criminal Conspiracy

Judge Claudio Bonadia has levied criminal charges against former Argentine President Cristina Kirchner, requested her immunity from prosecution as a sitting Senator be stripped, and further requested her imprisonment (archived). The charges stem from an investigation which revealed Cristina, her late husband Nestor, and others turned the aparatus of the Argentine state into their very own mechanized bribe collection network.

Whether Cristina's prosecution moves forward depends on her Senate collegues accepting or rejecting Judge Bonadia's request.

New Paraguay President Stands Up To USG And Zionists, Moves Embassy Out Of Jerusalem

In one of his first acts as President of Paraguay, Mario Abdo Benitez has ordered Paraguay's embassy moved from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv undoing his predecessor's move of the embassy in the opposite direction (archived). In a completely disproportionate response Israel has decided to shutter their embassy in Paraguay and enlisted Mike Pence in an effort to shame Paraguay. Meanwhile Turkey has decided to open an embassy in Paraguay. Previously Turkey's ambassador to Paraguay worked out of Buenos Aires though Turkey maintains two consulates in Paraguay.

Pantsuit Activist And Lula Apologist Stabs, Gravely Wounds Brasilero Great Again Candidate Jair Bolsonaro

Today while at a campaign event Brasilero Presidential frontrunner and Great Again candidate Jair Bolsonaro was gravely injured when a layabout stabbed him as he was being carried on the shoulders of his supporters (archived). The socialist fiend was identified as 40 year old piece of shit Adélio Bispo de Oliveira (archived). Bolsonaro remains alive in critical condition at the time of this writing. Adélio Bispo de Oliveira's favored candidate, the corrupt motherfucker Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva remains in prison.
