The MIT Administration Infiltrates Bitcoin Projects

The assorted fiat pretenders claiming to be the MIT Administration have set up systems aiming to control discussions on campus regarding Bitcoin. After appointing Brian Forde, a known USG agent, (archived) to be the leader of an alleged "Digital Currency Initiative" the institution has done nothing but actively attack the Bitcoin project from a position of ignorance. MIT has long standing relationships with many of the powerful groups in the fiat currency empire, and it stands to reason that these same groups that provide funding to MIT are likely to have massive incentives to see the Bitcoin project crippled. After XT Failure Gavin Andresen Supports Jim Crow For Signatures On The Blockchain

After a low key conference this past weekend in Hong Kong, hype has been building for a proposal its proponents call "segregated witness," which amounts to Jim Crow style prejudice against cryptographic signatures on the blockchain. The system could cleave transactions into a new data structure that maintains transaction outputs in proper blocks but relegates signatures essential for verifying transaction into a lesser disposable structure known as a "witness" that does not get committed to the blockchain. Pieter Wuille originally presented the idea as a potential soft fork candidate, but now CIA collaborator Gavin Andresen of XTCoin ignominy is calling for the scheme to be implemented immediately as a hard fork. Microsoft Leaks XBox Live Private Key

Today Microsoft issued a security advisory announcing that they have disclosed a TLS/SSL private key associated with the domain xboxlive.com today (archived). The private key corresponds to a wildcard certificate which allows it to be used to act as xboxlive.com and any of its subdomains. This lapse by the house that Bill Gates built comes as Donald Trump proposes the United States consult with Bill Gates to understand how the internet works so that it can be closed up.

Trump Proposes "Closing Up the Internet"

Bankruptcy artist, likely payment fraudster, and aspiring fiat politician Donald Trump has proposed "Closing up the Internet" in order to advance United States interests (archived). On this point Trump joins the current United States chief executive fraudster President Hussein Bahamas in using a hawkish tone when discussing the increasing impotence of the United States government with respect to the internet. In the mainstream press this was overshadowed a previous comment by proposing border restrictions. Continue reading

RBG Black Rebel Sentenced For Tweeting Link And Boosting Website Traffic

Alleged Rebel But Gangster Black Rebels member Justin Payne was sentenced to 12 months in prison on a misdemeanor computer tampering charge for tweeting a link to the St. Louis County PoliceĀ  Association website which caused the site to go down as it was unequipped to handle the traffic being tweeted by the RBG Black Rebels brings. Prosecutors, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the police officer's union, and apparently even Payne's own lawyer believed this act constituted a "cyber attack" even though legitimate traffic through an effect once known as "Slashdotting" is often capable of taking down poorly provisioned websites. Payne faces a further 18 month in prison for a felony "possession of an unregistered destructive device" charge related to a Molotov cocktail allegedly found in Payne's vehicle when he was arrested at his place of employment the Veterans Affairs Records Management Center. Local and mainstream outlets have been alternatively referring to Payne's Molotov cocktail as a "fire bomb" and "improvised incendiary device" presumably to boost their own profiles since #terrorism seems to be trending in the media.

Tesla Mimicks VW In Own Nitrous Oxide Scandal

Reports are in that Tesla Motors, the explicitly green-washed and implicitly USG-backed electric car company, is struggling to meet California's strict nitrous oxide (NOx) emissions standards (archived). Readers will recall that this is in fact the same air pollutant that embroiled German carmaker Volkswagen in its recent "dieselgate" scandal. Continue reading

LA Proposal Attacks Prositution And Marital Harmony At Same Time

Los Angeles City Council member Nury Martinez introduced a measure which would use license plate reader to assault domestic tranquillity in the city. The proposal advanced by Martinez would use license plate readers to identify cars travelling through areas "known" to have thriving street prostitution industries and then send letters to the vehicle's registered owners saying roughly:

We saw your car in a area alleged to have a thriving prostitution scene.

Nury Martinez has offered no information on how much she expects spouses opening such letters to increase the incidence of domestic violence in Los Angeles.

Italy Misses Terrorists Hits Gamers

After hilarious reports came out following the Friday the 13th Paris attacks that the Playstation home gaming console was involved in terrorist planning and coordination efforts, Italian Minister of Justice and founding member of the Italian Democratic Party Andrea Orlando has announced (archived) that one hundred and fifty million Euros are to be allocated to the increased surveillance and monitoring of digital communications in general and the Playstation system in particular. More credible reports indicate that the attacks were planned using plaintext SMS. Continue reading

Two Cans And String Support XTCoin Revival

Bitstamp, the first and only fiat/bitcoin interface built out of two cans and a string, has announced they are moving their cans to new software which would put them on an XTCoin fork of the Bitcoin blockchain. The XTCoin effort has been dead in the water since September when MIT sacrificed their "technology review" in an attempt to make XTCoin politically palatable. There is no word on any potential plans by Bitstamp to add a third can or more string.
