The Five Eyes international spy cartel has announced through an "exclusive report" placed in the Reuters wire service, that they have been coordinating on against China since the beginning of this year (archived). Historically that has not worked out so well for them.

China Leveraged Supply Chain To Own Adversary Computers
Bloomberg reports that servers used by Apple, Amazon, and others have been bugged using hardware implants thanks to China owning the supply chain. Bloomberg's report specifically mentions server boards commisioned by USG contractor Elemental and manufactured by California based Supermicro in China. Before Amazon became interested in Elemental, Elemental had contracted with the US Department of Defense to assist with surveillance drone video processing. The Chinese implant appears to work by tapping into the baseboard management controller, itself a USG backdoor.
Discontent In Zambia Over Chinese Investment
In recent days local media in Zambia has blown up over increasing discontent concerning China's investments in the country (archived, archived). China has been engaging in direct loans to the Zambian government outside of the "rules based" IMF system in exchange for the ability to develop Zambia's mineral deposits, primarily copper. The discussion appears to center around the unfairness of China receiving useful quantities of copper while Chinese made automobiles trickle into the Zambian market, though the likelihood of external agitation from "rules based" advocates is high enough to suggest this is probably not a purely indigenous outrage.
Rental Agency In Taiwan Breaks Rental Agreement After Receiving Deposit
Misfortune continues very publicly following Ghost Gunner Guy Cody Wilson as his effort to rent an apartment in Taiwan was thwarted by a rental agency which took his deposit and then reported him to local police presumably keeping the deposit in the process (archived). At the time Wilson was charged in Tavis County, Texas for crimes related to employing a sex worker he happened to have the fortune of incidentally being in Taiwan rather than the United States proper. Though Taiwan, the USG's unsinkable aircraft carrier, lacks an extradition treaty with the US there is a substantial likelihood Wilson will be deported to the US with the same effect should he interact with the local police.
Chinese Billionaire Richard Liu Arrested And Released In Minnesota Over Vague Sex Allegations
Richard Liu, founder and CEO of JD.com and student in the University of Minnesota's doctor of business administration program, was arrested and released pending complaint by the Hennepin county sheriff's office due to "suspicion of criminal sexual misconduct" (archived). Liu lives in China and studies through a partnership between the University of Minnesota and Tsinghua University in Beijing, and he was in Minnesota with other students in his program.
USG Butthurt China Won't Share Samples Of H7N9 Flu Virus
Today the ongoing discontent of the criminal organization known as the United States Government over China's refusal to share samples H7N9 strain flu viruses frothed up in pantsuit publications (archived). H7N9 is an avian flu strain seen in 2013, and as with other avain strains there have been some number of homo sapiens that have fallen ill from the virus.
China's reluctance to share is understandable considering that shortly after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States a weaponized strain of anthrax cultivated by the United States Government was deployed in a manner that intentionally incited further terror within the United States itself. Trusting that same criminal organization which either negligently or complicitly allowed its bioweapons to be deployed in anger on its own soil with a potentially much more virulent pathogen would be simply irresponsible.
US Charges Chinese Man Outside Of US With Breaking US Law
The US Department of "Justice" has charged a Chinese man, Micheal Yin of Beijing, with 14 felony charges of securities fraud in the Southern District of New York. Yin is alleged to have traded shares of Lattice Semiconductor using non-public information. A second man, Benjamin Chow who worked for a private equity firm in Palo Alto is alleged to be the source of the information following Chow's own guilty plea. The full text is below: Continue reading
Chinese Auto Giant BYD Building Massive Battery Plant
Chinese automotive and technology giant BYD annouced plans to operate the largest rechargable battery factory in the world by the end of the year. English language publications are drawing comparisons to Tesla and their "gigafactory" painting BYD as a fellow alternate, Chinese Universe startup competing with Tesla (archived). This popular English language posturing ignores BYD's established position selling conventionally fueled vehicles and industial equipment inside and outside of China .
US And China Play Naval Footsie
Substantial noise is being made this weekend over a game of Naval footsie between US and Chinese warships in the South China Sea (archived). The cause for the drama is the fact that US warships can no longer navigate the South China Sea on the strength of the US Navy's armament, in this young century their presence in the South China Sea has been reduced to a courtesy extended to the US ships by Chinese Armed Forces.
Shitware Today: China Toying With US Style Extraterritorial Jurisdiction
China has begun dipping its toes into the evils of extraterritorial jurisdiction pioneered by the USG. China's Civil Aviation Administration has begun issuing letters demanding that businesses follow Chinese anti-separatism laws and cease distinguishing between mainland China, special administrative divisions like Hong Kong and Macau, and territories including Formosa1 not yet under the Beiing government's control (archived).
