USG stooges have captured 19 year old Matthew Dmitri Richardson after he allegedly tried to light a rag into the fill tube of a car's gas tank while declaring his intention to blow himself and the vehicle up (archived). When he fled, a multi-agency manhunt ensued involving Arlington Police, Park Police, "security" forces from Fort Meyers, and the Pentagon Emergency Response Team. The latter is credited with Richardson's capture near "Arlington House", a US Park Service memorial to Confederate General Robert E. Lee (archived).

Richardson faces charges of:

maliciously attempting to damage and destroy by means of fire, a vehicle used in and affecting interstate and foreign commerce

The vehicle in question is allegedly the personal property of some unnamed active duty member of the USG's armed forces without any presently known relation to Richardson.
