USG.NASA Probing Upstart Contractor After Achieving Substantially Better Delivery History Than Old Guard Contractors

Upstart NASA launch services and vehicle contractor SpaceX, by Elon Musk, has found itself selected for an invasive comparative investigation of their safety culture against more established contractor Boeing (archived). While Musk's rocket venture has suffered growing pains and explosions in the past,  the firm has managed to settle into a stable routine of launches at a pace and cost that is frankly humiliating for established legacy USG aerospace contractors including Boeing and Lockheed Martin.

Given recent USG action against his once darling rechargable battery venture Tesla,1 Elon Musk appears to have been targeted for dekulakizaton across the board.

Tumblr Removed From Apple Store Over Child Porn

The Tumblr app has been removed from the Apple App store over the Verizon subidary's hosting of child porn images (archived). As child pornography is at the same time a high priority USG prosecution target and only of interest as an article of consumption to "law enforcement" officers and bureaucrats, it remains to be seen how many cops and bureaucrats Verizon communications will give up for prosecution… provided their own executives manage to avoid lockup.

Pantsuit Lolsuit Against Russia Stumped By Sovereign Immunity

The lawsuit "Democratic National Committee v. The Russian Federation et al." has come against an insurmountable obstacle in the Russian Foreign Ministry and Ministry of Justice submitting a Statement of Immunity accompanied by a disclaimer to the effect that:

By transmitting this letter and the enclosed Statement, the Russian Federation respectfully does not enter an appearance in the litigation, does not waive its sovereign immunity under international law or the United States, statutory or federal common law, and does not submit to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court. The Russian Federation reserves all rights as a foreign sovereign State.

The US Courts have enough trouble as it is indicting numerous individual Russians for posting memes on the internet. Most of those Russians have yet to surrender themselves to the Evil Empire for prosecution.

Brexit Set To Break Britain's Government And Theresa May

The onward crush of Brexit appears to have reached the point where it will break Theresa May's government in the very near future. Since taking the job more than two years ago, May's efforts at a negotiated separation have only yielded a proposal where the United Kingdom remains a subject of EU bureaucrats while losing what little influence they did have to influence the bureacratic processes (archived). Meanwhile the Royals have found themselves occupied handling the US IRS as part of the fallout of Harry taking a foreign bride of common descent (archived).

Forkcoin That Split From Bitcoin Now Struck By Contentious Hardfork

The failed Forkcoin referred to as "bitcoin cash" has been hit by its own contentious hardfork. A Roger VER-ified1 client called ABC decided to implement new rules from an "official roadmap" while a client backed by notorious fraudster Craig 'Hoaxtoshi' Wright decided not to. As of this writing one chain has more blocks committed than the other, but the clear losers appear to be all parties involved in this dispute including those furthest on the periphery who let themselves become affected by it through failing to appropriately discount the deficits in credibility attached to the folks positioned as "leaders" in this incredibly sour and bitter wank competition.

In Filing Begging For Sealed Charges Copy/Paste Mishap Confirms Assange As Target Of US Prosecutors

In a petition to the US District Court for Eastern Virginia, US Attorney G. Zachary Terwilliger and Assistant US Attorney Kellen S. Dwyer argue for issuing sealed charges in a case titled "United States of America v. SEITU SULAYMAN KOKAYI" with SEITU SULAYMAN KOKAYI presumably being a pseudonym for the defendant who may not be named. Except further down in the document a failure in redaction yields gold:

Another procedure short of sealing will not adequately protect the needs of law enforcement at this time because, due to the sophistication of the defendant and the publicity surrounding the case, no other procedure is likely to keep confidential the fact that Assange has been charged.

And a bit further down:

The complaint, supporting affidavit, and arrest warrant, as well as this motion and the proposed order, would need to remain sealed until Assange is arrested in connection with the charges in the criminal complaint and can therefore no longer evade or avoid arrest and extradition in this matter.

And so any order to seal the charges being leveled at Julian Assange is moot. If there are not already sealed charges against Assange in different pseudonymously obscured case, it can be assumed there will be in another regardless of the determination in this one. Anti-Trump Wop Arrested For Wife Beating In LA, Is Presently Blaming Jewish Trump Supporter Instead Of Repeating "Believe Women"

Wop Anti-Trump campaigner Michael Avenatti, though facing potential criminal charges for his role in falsifying evidence to slander Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh before his confirmation, has managed to get arrested and charged for beating his wife in Los Angeles. Rather than repeat "believe women" as he did when he was part of the crowd, now that he is in the hot seat he is alleging Pro-Trump Jew Jacob Wohl set him up and somehow bruised his wife's face in the process.

With Joaqín 'El Chapo' Guzman's trial underway the US "Justice" Department's prosecutors are once again trying to deny the accused any opportunity at a defense. Namely, the USG is trying to keep Guzman's sworn assertions that he is a working stiff, with a boss like any other who was just following orders. He further asserts that the boss recieved the Mexican government's blessing for the business operation through substantial payments to Mexican presidents over an extended period of time.

While the US is looking to procure Latino combat aircraft to counter the non-perforance of their decades long F-35 development disaster, it turns out that other countries were making procurement decisions on criteria other than how many congressional districts manufacturing can be spread across.
