Rear Admirald Collin Green is reportedly planning to resign from his position as head of the US Navy's Special Forces with a planned departure date in September (archived). Last year Green undertook a purge of SEAL Team 7's leadership in line with the color revolution castrating the rest of the USG's "Special Operations" community's actual ability to operate. Green is known to oppose democratically elected US President Donald Trump's position that "special warfare" operators ought to have some freedom in deciding who to kill on the battlefield.
