Chinese Own California Pension System And Use It To Fund Development Of Chinese Missiles

CalPERS, a ponzi scheme nominally run by the state of California under the "pension fund" label, paid a record pension last year of $418,608 to Curtis Ishii (WoT:nonperson), a former employee of CalPERS (archived).

It is not known at this time whether CalPERS’s current CFO Yu Meng (WoT:nonperson) who is an engineer and alleged member of the "Thousand Talents" spy network will pull down a California pension larger than Ishii’s, or if he intends to pass his retirement in China where he is a citizen (archived).

CalPERS is headquartered 9,482 km from Beijing, but well within the range of China’s Dongfeng-41 ICBM, funded in part by generous investments from CalPERS (archived).
