Iowa Senator Joni Ernst told reporters that if Joe Biden wins the Presidential election he may be immediately impeached by Republicans for his involvement with foreign policy pertaining to Ukraine. Biden's young son sat on the board of a Ukrainian gas company during Biden's term as Vice President.
In response, Joe Biden continues his 'no malarkey' tour by stating that Ernst and Trump are "scared" and that "he will end Trump’s reign of hatred and division" (archived).
How the fuck can he be "immediately impeached", it has to be about something he did in office, there's no pre-misbehaviour impeachment.
Biden's part in the Ukraine shennanigans was when he held office as the monkey's second. It may be Joni is making noises of the Craig flavor, but impeaching someone as they enter office for things they did in the previous office would be consistent with US "make it up as they go along" living document-isms.
