A number of self described "environmentalists" are spreading panic about the atmospheric carbon released by microbes consuming organic debris in reservoirs created by dammed rivers and streams. The conclusion being pushed with this finding is that other sources of "carbon emission" must be still further limited. Sorry for your lues.
