Today Mircea Popescu announced the creation of a Bitcoin Internet Service Provider adding to the increasing amount of infrastructure outside of the fiat regime's grasp and available to those aligned with Bitcoin's Most Serene Republic. The Bitcoin Internet Service Provider rather than offering any sort of shared or virtualized product instead offers raw metal, dedicated servers for which customers may have a Linux of their choice provisioned. Any system administration beyond provisioning a server is the responsibility of the customer, though some limited support may be provided and referrals for further service may be offered.
To support Bitcoin's rejection of the fiat regime the Bitcoin ISP works exclusively with datacenters and other "bulletproof" providers that have a history of disregarding spurious legal regimes, though potential customers are requested to inquire further if their intended use for the servers is contrary to fiat law as further measures and protections may be required. Parties claiming grievances against themselves by customers of Bitcoin ISP must have a Web of Trust presence before their grievances may be considered.
Potential customers of the Bitcoin ISP must be at least in the second level of Mircea Popescu's Web of Trust as some level of mutual knowledge and common acquaintances is necessary for conducting sane business. Existing customers of Bitcoin ISP include MPEx, Ministry of Games, No Such lAbs, and Qntra1 among others.
As is common with Mircea Popescu's business ventures, the target market for Bitcoin ISP's services is a high end clientele largely knows what they want and are frustrated by the absolute lack of offering on the market that meet their requirements. There are a number of other providers offering virtualized and other forms of shared servers in exchange for Bitcoin, which is a largely different, low end, market compared to the market targeted by Bitcoin ISP's offerings.
Mircea Popescu plans to list Bitcoin ISP on MPEx under the ticker S.BISP in the near future.

My understanding was that users would have to a) know what they were doing and b) inquire as to the permissibility of anything sketchy therein. Unless I missed something about the "super evil premium package"….
Reading the press release on Trilema it seems Mircea's big concern is being blindsided by sketchy and that some kinds of sketchy might draw headaches for which a reasonable premium might be charged, either by MP or passed on from the datacenter. I may be wrong, but my assumption is that questions in uncharted terrain lead to negotiations.
