Long time USG welfare recipient and Madame Secretary Mike Pompeo visited Senegal today and discussed fine-tuning welfare levels in the region with Macky Sall, a local chief welfare distributer and son of Maoist Amadou Sall (archived, archived). The population of Senegal grew from 9.3 million in 1998, when Mike Pompeo’s company Thayer Aerospace first took venture funding from Mitt Romney's Bain and Co., to 16.7 million today.
