Outrage Machine Attacks Sanctity Of Marriage After Shooting

Now that gays can marry under the law outrage over a gay bar shooting is being used to weaken the definition of marriage.1 The attack on the sanctity of marriage comes as the late and lazy eyed Omar Mateen's (WOT:nonperson) wife (WOT:nonperson) disclosed she was aware he might use a gay bar as a shooting gallery. In light of this voluntary disclosure following husband's death, a death which relieved her of her matrimonial obligation to hold his confidence, the outrage industrial complex is calling for her to be criminally charged and crucified.

The common law has long held that spouses through the sacred bond of marriage enjoy a privileged level of confidentiality as well as protection from being compelled to testify against their each other. Airstrip One dumped their version of the spousal communication privilege some time ago while Australia's High court abolished both in 2011. Now the outrage machine serving the criminal gang in Washington, DC is attempting to leverage this incident to obliterate this component sacred bond of marriage entirely, under the law.

There is no small amount of irony that so soon after winning gays the right under the law to marry, the  outrage industrial complex is moving to diminish the sanctity of marriage as treated in law, and still more ironic this dilution is being sold as an LGBT cause.

And of course there's the criminally fraudulent misrepresentation of this event as the largest spree killing in United States history. It is dwarfed by the slaughter of more than 150 Lakota civilians at Wounded Knee and by the burning alive of 74 followers of a religion of peace, 21 of whom were children, by the ATF acting under Janet Reno (WOT:nonperson) and William Jefferson Clinton (WOT:nonperson) in Waco, Texas (archived). But the outrage machine refuses count these crimes because the criminals responsible were agents of the alleged government of the United States. And so they will refuse to sensibly advocate, based on actual evidence that the arms available to the criminal gang in Washington, DC be limited so that citizens may better protect themselves from being subject to violence of the worst kind.

Get ready to have to file adoption papers to parent any children you produce in wedlock. Peace in our time.

  1. The usual noise about banning the sale and possession of high capacity magazines is also being spouted, but that's not news so much as a weather phenomenon

  1. The wife not being compellable comes from Anglo Saxon law being based the Bible. Man and wife in marriage are not a simple legal contract; by becoming married they are no longer individuals but are "of one flesh":

    6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.

    7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife;

    8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh.

    9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.

    This is the actual reason why a wife cannot be compelled to testify against her husband in Anglo Saxon laws systems. Its also the thinking behind the idea of Common Law Wife where if a man has been living with a woman for years as man and wife in all but name, the state deems you to be de facto married.

    The UK and Australia abolishing the spousal communication law is a part of the push to destroy society and replace it with a new one where all people are atomized and separated from each other; their most important relationship being only with the State. Man and wife, father and family, parent and child are all to be replaced by person and state.

  2. Expect all traditional limits which 'tie the hands of' USG against 'terrorism' to go the way of the 4th Amendment.

    With this Gestapo, just as with the previous one, there are no rules. Absolutely anybody is eligible for the torture chamber (and – eventually – the 'Coke Machine.')
