Today Bitcoin Shop Inc announced the formation of an Advisory Board Charles Allen,the Chief Executive Officer of Bitcoin Shop, commented:

Bitcoin Shop Inc serves as a proxy shopping service. Their website displays goods from multiple vendors such as: Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg and more. Bitcoin Shop accepts Bitcoin for these items and immediately places an order on the vendor's website. This model serves as an inverse to the fulfillment house,1 as Bitcoin Shop neither owns, nor houses the products.
Earlier this year Trilema reported the holding company of Bitcoin Shop Inc, Hotel Management Systems Inc, had filed with the SEC in May of 2008.
