An Australian man who late last month plead guilty to drug trafficking charges in relation to the importation of MDMA, cocaine and amphetamines into Australia was yesterday sentenced to 12 and a half years prison.

The court previously heard that Nicholas Mark Stebbins, a former member of the Rebels MC used Bitcoin to facilitate the purchase of the drugs from China. Stebbins will be eligible for parole in seven years.
