Building ave1gnat for mipsel-sf

Thursday, June 27th, 2019

To build ave1gnat for mipsel-sf, two changes for current ave1gnat are necessary. First, a built script:

$ cat build-ada-mipsel-sf.sh
BUILDDIR=build
PREFIX=$1

[ -z "$PREFIX" ] && exit 1

set -ex

./download-adacore-2016.sh

mkdir -p $BUILDDIR

cp extraconfig.sh $BUILDDIR/

cd $BUILDDIR

../extra/build-tarballs.sh "$PREFIX" musl ada x86_64 mipsel-sf

Initially I have expected that this will be enough1. It turned out though that AdaCore source distribution is missing some files2 that are necessary for building that GNAT runtime. But we can add them in a patch:

$ cat patches/gcc-4.9.adacore2016-4-mipsel.diff
