   It is with great honor and privilege that The Bitcoin Foundation embraces
   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

   During the course of February, The Foundation focused efforts surrounding
   testing the completed and requested, changes to mod6's `V'.

0x01]: Accomplishments

  0x010: All requested changes have been implemented; development is complete.

  0x011: Automated tests are complete and have been executed on several
         different versions of linux for good measure.  Total number of
         test scenarios now amounts to 54.

  0x012: shinohai [R.03], trinque [R.04], asciilifeform [R.05], and ben_vulpes
         have been conducting independent tests of their own to validate the
         new requirements.  This has been productive, and very helpful.

0x02]: Continuing Steps

  Upon satisfaction of the requirements for the new version of `V' (V99994)
  mod6 will publish the new version to the Mailing List [R.06].

0x03]: Conclusion

   The Bitcoin Foundation would like to bestow our sincerest thanks and
