   It is with great honor and privilege that The Bitcoin Foundation embraces
   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

   The Bitcoin Foundation had a vigorous and productive month.

0x01]: Accomplishments

   mod6 gathered a list of fourteen dependencies for buildroot [R.03] [R.04]
   [R.05] [R.06] [R.07] [R.08] [R.09] [R.0A] [R.0B] [R.0C] [R.0D] [R.0E] [R.0F]
   [R.10], encoded and placed the signed artifacts into deedbot.

   The new version of the Reference Implementation build script
   ``build-bitcoind-V99994.sh'' has been completed and published [R.11].

   With the addition of the buildroot dependency artifacts to deedbot, mod6
   was able to construct and publish [R.12] a much sought after offline build
   script.

0x03]: Continuing Steps

   Significant progress was made on trinque's [R.13] Makefiles [R.14] this
   month.  The primary effort in September will be towards this objective.

0x04]: Conclusion

   The Bitcoin Foundation would like to recognize the considerable effort and
   contributions made by shinohai [R.15] and trinque during the interval.

   The Bitcoin Foundation would like to bestow our sincerest thanks and
   gratitude to the contributors and community for its support and insight.
