It abolishes ALL invocations of DNS from TheRealBitcoin.

This patch was ALSO slated to contain the removal of the hardcoded IRC seeder box
in favour of a configuration file flag, but in the interest of 'one major item per'
I have specifically refrained from this. Instead the constant hostname is replaced by
an IP. Port is also a constant for now, as it was before.

The above will be fixed in a future patch.
