   It is with great honor and privilege that The Bitcoin Foundation embraces
   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

0x01]: Accomplishments

  0x010: mod6 conducted a second regrind of ben_vulpes' original Excise Hash
         Truncation vpatch [R.03] and posted it [R.04] to the BTC-Dev mailing
         list [R.05].  This second regrind contains a manifest.txt file for all
         TRB vpatches to date.

0x02]: Continuing Steps

  0x020: mod6 has been asked [R.06] to move towards creation of the TRB vtree
         using keccak hashes.

  0x021: mod6 is conducting a regrind and testing of a vpatch for the phexdigit
         bug discovered previously [R.07].

  0x022: jurov [R.08] is currently in the process of moving the Mailing List
         archives over to The Bitcoin Foundation's server at Pizarro [R.09].

  0x023: The Raw Transactions project has been on a bit of a hiatus in recent
         months; there was no forward progress on this during the month of
         September, but remains a priority as time permits.

0x03]: Expenditures

  0x030: 0.02100815 BTC for colocation services at Pizarro [September] [R.0A].

0x04]: Conclusion
