   It is with great honor and privilege that The Bitcoin Foundation embraces
   this opportunity to address the public on the state of current progress,
   obstacles and continuing steps in our mission.

0x01]: Accomplishments

   [New Genesis Signature]:
   shinohai [R.03] has signed The Reference Implementation's `genesis.vpatch'.
   His seal has been emplaced among the others at the Foundation's website
   [R.04].

   [Advertised Republican Nodes]:

   No updates to the List this month.  The full list of Advertised Republican
   Nodes can be viewed here [R.05].

   [New V Experimental Version 99993]:

   In accordance with what was outlined last month in section 0x02 [R.06],
   mod6 implemented a fix for the defect [R.07].  A post to the mailing list
   [R.08] was made containing the experimental changes in both pre-patched and
   raw diff form [R.09].

0x02]: Continuing Steps

   mod6 is looking for anyone who would like to help test V [99993] [R.09].
   Efforts will continue here until a full release is published.
